Full-page cards do. If you upload a photo or generate an AI image for a recipe, it appears on the printed page, and recipes without photos print cleanly with no empty placeholder. The 4×6 index card is text only, so the recipe has room to fit.
Yes, for any recipe, in the three styles listed above. Before you print: Whimsical and Vintage produce illustrations and only Photorealistic aims at a photograph, so if you want the printed card to look photographic, that is the one to choose.
